FOGO Forum – online series
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and the Waste Authority, with support from the FOGO Reference Group, are delivering a series of online sessions to support the roll out of food organics and garden organics (FOGO) collection services.
A successful FOGO roll out will require focused and coordinated efforts from the state and local governments, the community and industry. The purpose of the sessions is to provide an opportunity to hear from a range of speakers with FOGO experience, and share information and views on FOGO issues.
Sessions
Four sessions are run over April – May 2020 covering the following topics:
- Engagement and education: 10am –12.30pm, 29 May 2020
Past sessions:
- Setting the scene: 11am–12.30pm, 17 April 2020
- Processing and markets: 10am–12.30pm, 1 May 2020
- Local government services: 10am –12.30pm, 15 May 2020
Presentations will be published on Better Bins Plus page after each session.
