Open For Business
The Waste Authority and Department of Water and Environmental Regulation provide essential services and remain open for business.
In response to COVID-19, the way we work is changing to meet the needs of our stakeholders. During this period, all phone numbers and emails will remain the same and staff can be contacted through their normal phone and email channels.
Face-to-face business will be impacted and most business be conducted through alternate means such as email, phone or video conferencing. If you are conducting business with staff, please make contact by phone or email to discuss arrangements.

If you anticipate any significant risk to your ability to comply with your statutory responsibilities, under waste legislation, please notify the Department by emailing compliance@dwer.wa.gov.au.
