Waste Wise Events

Events can be in the form of concerts, parades, workshops, festivals and involve indoor and outdoor spaces. All have a waste profile which can benefit from proper planning for waste reduction.

Waste Wise Events are those that practice waste reduction and maximise recycling. A range of resources for councils and community groups has been provided by Rivers Regional Council.

These take the form of word documents which serve as templates for easy modification.
