Marcus Geisler - Chairman

Marcus has served on the Authority since its inception in 2008 and was Deputy Chairman in 2011-12.  He has led significant improvements in construction and demolition waste recycling policy. He is currently executive general manager of a national company and has a wealth of experience in the waste and recycling industry in Australia and overseas.

Jenny Bloom - Deputy Chair

A former member and now promoted to Deputy Chair, Jenny is a councillor in a major region of WA. She is a change management and strategic planning specialist.

Anne-Marie Bremner - member

Dr Bremner is a co-founder of a leading consultancy in waste management, specialising in resource efficiency and recycling. She also has previous experience with WRAP UK, a world leader in recycling.

Neil Foley - member

Neil Foley has also been reappointed to the Authority and will continue to provide valuable leadership for integrating waste management into the State’s strategic planning processes.

Glen McLeod - member

Recently appointed to the Authority, Glen brings his experience as an internationally recognised  environmental and planning lawyer to the areas of governance and strategic planning. He is an adjunct professor at Murdoch University and has been widely published.
